Modern Mixologist Green Goddess

  • 6 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 2 oz simple syrup, divided
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice, strained
  • 1½ oz Plymouth Gin
  • ½ oz Green Chartreuse


  1. Puree Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and 1 oz simple syrup in food processor for 15 seconds until smooth. Take care not to crush kiwifruit seeds.
  2. Pour lemon juice, gin, 1 oz kiwifruit puree, simple syrup, and Green Chartreuse into cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
  3. No garnish as kiwi seeds do the trick
