Chilled Kiwi Cantaloupe Soup

​Serves 4


  • 2 cups cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt, low-fat
  • 2 teaspoons fresh mint, chopped
  • 4 Zespri® Green Kiwifruit, peeled, quartered and sliced


  1.  Place cantaloupe, yogurt and mint in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours
  2. Stir in Zespri® Green Kiwifruit and serve immediately
