ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit Gelato
Serves: 4 - 6
Ingredients
- 1 ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- ¼ - ½ cup sugar, to taste
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence (extract)
- ¾ cup milk
Directions
1. Place the ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit and sugar into a food processor and blend until smooth
2. Add the essence and the milk and continue pulsing until well mixed
3. Freeze in an electric ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions, alternatively
3. Freeze in a bowl, until almost solid. Beat well with an electric beater then freeze, until solid
4. Store in a covered container in the deep freeze
