Directions
1. Purée ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit, lime juice and tarragon in food processor until just blended. Do not crush kiwifruit seeds
2. Heat water, sugar and corn syrup in small saucepan until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and cool
3. Stir pureed kiwifruit into sugar syrup mixture
4. Pour into ice cream maker and freeze following manufacturer’s directions. Garnish with fresh kiwifruit slices

Kiwifruit Tarragon Sorbet
- ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit, peeled
- ⅓ cup key lime juice, fresh
- 2 tablespoons tarragon, fresh
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
