Korean Fried Fish with Kiwifruit


Serves: 4

Ingredients



  • 500 g skinned and boned fillets of fish
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped spring onions
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 – 2 teaspoons diced green chillies
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced spring (green / scallion) onion
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons soy oil
  • 2 ZESPRI® GREEN or GOLD Kiwifruit peeled and sliced

Directions


 

1. Wipe the fish and divide in 4 equal portions
2. Combined the soy, lightly crushed sesame seeds, spring onions, pepper and sesame oil
3. Heat a little oil in a large, non-stick frying pan. Dip the fish in soy sauce combination then fry the fish until cooked, about 3 – 4 minutes each side
4. Add the ZESPRI® Kiwifruit to the pan to heat through for a few seconds
5. Serve the fish topped with the ZESPRI® Kiwifruit
