Red Beef and ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit

Ingredients



  • 500 g (1 lb) lean rump (grilling) steak
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 teaspoon sliced root ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 red pepper (capsicum) sliced
  • 1 teaspoon hoisin (Chinese) sauce
  • 2 ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup crispy noodles

Directions


 

1. Thinly slice the meat. Heat the oil in a wok or fry pan and stir-fry the ginger and garlic for 30 seconds. Add the meat in batches, stir-frying until just cooked, about 1 minute
2. Remove meat to one side
3. Stir-fry the pepper for 1 minute
4. Combine the meat with the hoisin sauce, then return to the pan and quickly heat through. Add ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit and crispy noodles and serve
