Gold Banana Pietini

Ingredients



  • ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 oz Cruzan, banana rum
  • 1 oz Barrenjager
  • 1½ oz heavy cream
  • ½ oz Liquor 43

Directions



1. Muddle ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit and Cruzan in shaker. Add Barrenjager and shake with ice. Strain into martini glass
2. Place cream and Liquor 43 in shaker. Shake for 30 seconds until frothy
3. Place teaspoon against inside edge of martini glass. Slowly pour cream mixture over back of spoon onto kiwifruit mixture, creating layered effect. Serve immediately
