Directions

1. Muddle ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, vodka, lychee syrup and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients, add ginger ale and strain into two ice-filled Collins glasses
2. Garnish with ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit and lychee if desired
3. For mocktail, substitute 3 ounces extra ginger ale for alcohol

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 2 oz lychee syrup*
  • 4 oz ginger ale

    * Look for canned lychees packed in lychee syrup in the Asian section of your grocery store
