ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit Vesper

Ingredients
- 2 ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 oz Vodka
- 2 oz Gin
- 2 oz Lillet Blanc
Directions
1. Muddle ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit, vodka, gin, Lillet Blanc and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients and strain into two sugar-rimed martini glass. Garnish with unpeeled kiwifruit slice
2. For a mocktail, substitute 6 ounces white grape juice and a dash of bitters for alcohol
