Irish Kiwi Fizz

Ingredients
- 1 ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
- ¼ lemon, sliced
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 2 ½ oz Irish whiskey
- 2 oz Club soda
Directions
1. Muddle ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, lemon and simple syrup in cocktail shaker. Add Irish whiskey, shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled highball glass. Top with club soda
2. Garnish with unpeeled ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit
