Directions

1. Puree ZESPRI® GREEN Kiwifruit and 1 oz simple syrup in food processor for 15 seconds until smooth. Take care not to crush kiwifruit seeds
2. Pour lemon juice, gin, 1 oz kiwifruit puree, simple syrup, and Green Chartreuse into cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled Collins glass.
3. No garnish as kiwi seeds do the trick

  • 1½ oz Plymouth Gin
  • ½ oz Green Chartreuse
