Yoghurt Whip

Ingredients



  • 1 large ZESPRI® Kiwifruit
  • ¼ cup low fat plain yoghurt
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons light brown sugar
  • 2 – 3 ice cubes

1. Peel and purée 1 large ZESPRI® Kiwifruit in a blender
2. Sieve to remove the seeds if preferred. Add ¼ cup each low fat plain yoghurt, milk, 2 teaspoons light brown sugar and 2 – 3 ice cubes in the blender
