Lunch Box Salsa with Corn Chips

Ingredients
- 2 ZESPRI® GREEN or GOLD Kiwifruit (or a combination)
- 1 small tomato
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced spring onion (green onion / scallion)
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (cilantro) or parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 cup corn (nacho) chips
Directions
1. Peel the ZESPRI® GREEN and / or GOLD Kiwifruit then dice it
2. Halve the tomato and squeeze out the seeds. Then dice the flesh
3. Combine the fruit with the tomato, spring onion, coriander or parsley and lemon juice
4. Store the salsa and corn chips in small containers suitable for the lunch box
