- 3 – 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 1 peeled and sliced ZESPRI® Kiwifruit
- ¼ cup salad greens
- Wasabi or horseradish sauce
Directions
1. Split open 1 long bread roll or piece of French baguette
2. Fill with 3 – 4 slices smoked salmon, 1 peeled and sliced ZESPRI® Kiwifruit, ¼ cup salad greens
3. Dab with wasabi or horseradish
