ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit Focaccia

Ingredients



  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 30 g butter
  • 4 tbsp tomato chutney
  • 3 slices tasty cheese
  • 50 g shaved ham
  • 2 ZESPRI® GOLD Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach

Directions


 

1. Spread one side of all four slices with butter. Turn over
2. Spread all four slices with tomato chutney
3. Top two slices with remaining ingredients, finishing with bread; buttered side up
4. In the meantime, heat sandwich grill
5. Cook focaccia until golden in colour. Cut in half and serve immediately
