Kiwifruit Daiquiri

Serves 1


  • 4 Zespri®SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 can (12 oz) lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups water
  • 1½ oz vanilla vodka, chilled


  1. Purée kiwifruit in food processor until just blended. Do not crush kiwifruit seeds
  2. Stir kiwifruit purée into lemonade concentrate and water in medium bowl until blended. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight
  3. Scrape granite into flakes with spoon
  4. Scoop 2 tablespoons of Zespri®SunGold Kiwifruit Lemon Sorbet into chilled martini glass. Add vodka and serve immediately
