Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit Lychee Sparkler

Serves 2


• 1 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
• 3 oz vodka
• 2 oz lychee syrup*
• 4 oz ginger ale

* Look for canned lychees packed in lychee syrup in the Asian section of your grocery store


  1. Muddle Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, vodka, lychee syrup and ice in cocktail shaker. Shake all ingredients, add ginger ale and strain into two ice-filled Collins glasses
  2. Garnish with Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit and lychee if desired
  3. For mocktail, substitute 3 ounces extra ginger ale for alcohol
