Kiwi bagel with avocado and smoked salmon

​Required time: 15 minutes

Serves 4


  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 4 bagels
  • 2 tbsps cream cheese
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 4 slices of smoked salmon
  • A handful of washed lamb’s lettuce
  • Black pepper


Slice open the bagels.
Coat the bagels with cream cheese and season with black pepper.
Fill with avocado, salmon, kiwi and lamb’s lettuce.
Cover with the tops of the bagels, like hamburgers.
An extremely healthy lunch!
