4 Zespri RubyRed™ Kiwifruit, peeled and sliced
Pineapple juice (or any fruit juice of your choice)
- Peel and dice 3 Zespri RubyRedTM Kiwifruit into small cubes. For the remaining 1 kiwifruit, slice them thinly and keep them aside until needed again.
- Transfer the diced Zespri RubyRedTM Kiwifruit into a mixer jar followed by pineapple juice. Blend well to get a mixture of runny consistency.
- Now, take a popsicle mould and add two slices of Zespri RubyRedTM Kiwifruit in it. Once done, carefully transfer the prepared kiwi-fruit juice mixture into the mould.
- At last, put the popsicle moulds in your freezer and freeze the mixture for 4 to 5 hours. Serve chilled!
