2 Zespri RubyRed™ Kiwifruit, sliced and chopped
1 cup of your favourite berries
200g of Greek yoghurt
40g nutty granola
- Slice 1 Zespri RubyRed™ Kiwifruit thinly, and 1 kiwifruit into cubes.
- Wash and dry the berries. Cut the berries into smaller pieces.
- Layer 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt into the bottom each of tall glasses. Alternate layers of fruit and granola with yoghurt until glasses are filled to the top. Serve parfait immediately to keep granola crunchy.
