According to a recent nationwide survey, a majority (81%) of Australians agree that a healthy lifestyle is crucial to feeling good and lifting their mood. Despite understanding the benefits, less than half of Australians (46.3%) choose to participate in physical activity to lift their mood, with sedentary entertainment activities (68.4%) like watching TV and gaming revealed to be the most popular mood-boosting activity options.

Interestingly, almost 70% of Aussies said they were ready and willing to make changes to their routine to improve their health. Of course, this is easier said than done and many people face barriers like lack of time, or falling too easily into unhealthy habits when trying to incorporate more healthy habits, or they struggle to maintain a healthy lifestyle due to work and family commitments.

Sports presenter, Erin Holland is proving that finding ways to feel good inside and out doesn’t have to be time consuming. Her uplifting routine involves dancing and a healthy snack - and it takes less than 10 minutes.
