3 Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit
100g smoked cheddar
200g wheel triple cream brie
1 cup marinated green pitted olives
½ tsp extra virgin olive oil
150g block halloumi, thickly sliced
80g thinly sliced prosciutto
Grissini sticks, assorted crackers, dried apricots, almonds, pistachios, and honey, to serve
Rosemary, parsley, and thyme, to garnish
- Cut Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwifruit into wedges, transfer to a serving plate then place onto a serving board.
- Arrange cheddar, brie, and olives on small plates and/or a serving board.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Add oil and halloumi. Cook for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and add it to the serving board.
- Twirl prosciutto and place it in the gaps, along with grissini sticks, crackers, dried apricots, almonds, pistachios, and honey. Garnish with herbs and serve.
