4 inspirational everyday ideas for healthy eating

If you thought healthy eating couldn’t be inspiring, think again! We've got four healthy and tasty ideas that will be easy to make part of your everyday routine.
1. Swap out your usual dairy products for plant-based alternatives
Supermarket shelves are now stacked with a variety of delicious plant based dairy, so why not give some of these swaps a try.
- Usual milk -> Oat milk
- Usual yoghurt -> Coconut yoghurt
- Usual cheese -> Almond cheese
Look for products that are unsweetened and fortified with the nutrients that are important to you. Once you find an alternative that you love, it’s easy to create healthy and tasty dishes the whole family will enjoy. 1. Make your own fruit and vegetable chips for a box set marathon
