Have a think about what might be holding you back. Is it other people’s opinions that are worrying you? Or the fear of making a mistake? Once we’ve named what we are afraid of, it becomes much easier to face it head on. So, pick up a pen and paper, and make a note of three things you want to achieve. Place the note somewhere where you can read it every day – that way you will be reminded constantly. Remember, it doesn’t have to be anything huge. It might be trying a new item of clothing, learning a word in a different language, or dancing to a different beat. The choice is yours!
