Celebratory granola jars with yoghurt and Zespri™ Green kiwifruit

INGREDIENTS
400 g plain yoghurt
For the granola:
125 g rolled oats
20 g walnuts
20 g hazelnuts
20 g almonds
20 g cashew nuts
25 g sesame seeds
20 g grated coconut
50 g agave nectar
A pinch of ground cinnamon
A pinch of ground ginger
A few drops of vanilla extract
20 g dark chocolate
2 Zespri™ Green kiwifruit
pinch of salt
To decorate:
1 Zespri™ Green kiwifruit
60 g raspberries
60 g blueberries
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 150ºC.
- Peel and dice the kiwifruit.
- Put the oats, nuts, agave nectar, kiwifruit (2 of them) and spices into a bowl and mix well.
- Spread on a baking pan and cook in a preheated oven at 150ºC for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the oven and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and put back into the oven for four minutes.
- Remove, add a bit of salt and let cool.
- Fill the jars with the yoghurt and granola and decorate with the remaining raspberries, blueberries and kiwifruit
