INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
½ cup frozen red berries
1 Zespri Green Kiwifruit
1 tablespoon pure cocoa powder
2 pitted dates
½ teaspoon vanilla essence
coconut flakes
½ cup frozen red berries

METHOD
- Put all the ingredients except the coconut into the blender and blend until creamy and smooth.
- If you like it cold, add a few ice cubes before blending.
- Pour into a glass and top with the coconut flakes.
