INGREDIENTS
1 avocado
2 Zespri™ Green kiwifruit
150 g kale
50 g grated coconut + 2 tablespoons
500 ml mineral water or coconut water
Juice of ½ a lemon
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 teaspoon matcha (optional)
METHOD
- Peel and dice the kiwifruit and avocado. Wash the kale.
- Put the kiwifruit, avocado, kale and coconut into the blender. Add the water, lemon juice and agave nectar then blend well.
- Put the two tablespoons of grated coconut onto a plate. Wet the edges of the glasses you want to serve the smoothies in with water and then dip them into the grated coconut.
- Serve and enjoy!
