INGREDIENTS
500 ml plain yoghurt
4 Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwis
2 Fuji apples (400 g)
20 g flax seeds
20 g chia seeds
20 g sesame seeds
20 g agave syrup (optional)
METHOD
- Peel the kiwis, cut them in half and slice them. Wash the apples, core them, and dice them.
- Divide the yoghurt into 4 bowls, garnish with the fruit and spread the seed mixture on top.
- For a touch of flavour, pour a little agave syrup on top.
