INGREDIENTS
- 250 g carrots
- 4 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
- 2 slices of fresh pineapple
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 300 ml mineral water
- 1 teaspoon of pollen (optional)
- 8 ice cubes (optional)
METHOD
- Peel and chop the Zespri SunGold kiwifruits and carrots. Remove the mint leaves from the stalk and wash them.
- Put all the ingredients into the blender, add the ice cubes and blend for a few seconds until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour into 4 large glasses. Serve.
