- 2 chilled Zespri Green kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- ¼cup light rum
- 1½ tablespoons caster (superfine) sugar
- 2 cups crushed ice
- Blend the Zespri Green kiwifruit, until smooth but seeds are not broken up.
- Place into a small bowl.
- Place the ice into the blender.
- Add the remaining ingredients and blend, until they have the consistency of snow.
- Fold though the Zespri Kiwifruit.
- Serve immediately poured into a chilled glass.
