Ginger, carrot and kiwifruit kefir yoghurt smoothie

INGREDIENTS
- 3 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 300 g peeled carrots
- 1 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 200 mL plant-based milk
- 200 mL mineral water
To decorate:
- A little grated carrot
- Touch of pepper
METHOD
- Peel the Zespri kiwifruit and chop them together with the carrots.
- Put the kiwifruit, carrots and ginger into the blender. Add the kefir and grind well. Add the water and blend again.
- Put into a glass and decorate with the grated carrot and a touch of pepper.
