Ham, tomato and Zespri Green kiwifruit bruschetta

INGREDIENTS
- 4 slices crusty bread
- 4 slices Iberian ham
- 2 red tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 1/2 lime
- 1 pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/2 clove of garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt
METHOD
- Peel the cucumber, wash the tomato and finely dice. Peel and finely dice the Zespri Green kiwifruit. Peel and chop the garlic. Mix everything in a bowl and dress with salt, pepper and oil. Stir. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Toast the bread and put it on a serving platter. Put the tomato and kiwifruit salad on top and finish each one with a slice of ham. If you want, sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper on the top.
