Kiwi and acai bowl with avocado, granola and pomegranate juice

INGREDIENTS
Smoothie:
2 Zespri™ Green kiwis, peeled and cut in slices
2 tsp Açai powder
150 g Frozen sliced ripe banana
1 Ripe avocado
50 g Raspberries, frozen or fresh
2 tsp Maple syrup or honey
150 ml pomegranate juice
Toppings:
20 g Toasted coconut flakes
1 tsp Pumpkin or mixed seeds
40 g Granola
1 Zespri™ Kiwi, peeled or sliced
20 g Blueberries halved
METHOD
- Place all ingredients for the smoothie in a blender and blitz until smooth.
- Divide between 2 bowls and arrange some toppings on top. Serve immediately.
