INGREDIENTS
5 Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwis
450 g frozen strawberries
250 ml almond drink
A few drops of vanilla essence
90 g rolled oats
30 g chia seeds
40 g almonds
METHOD
- Peel and dice 4 kiwis.
- Put them in the blender glass along with the strawberries (put some aside for decorating), oats, chia seeds (put some aside for decorating), vanilla and almond drink. Blend until the mixture takes on a creamy texture.
- Place the mixture in 4 bowls and decorate with strawberries, chia seeds, chopped almonds and the rest of the diced kiwi.
