INGREDIENTS
- 200 g rolled oats
- 5 dL almond milk
- 4 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 100 g strawberries
- 4 teaspoons crushed pistachios
- 4 teaspoons honey
METHOD
- Soak the oats following the instructions on the packet.
- Pour into a pan, add almond milk and cook over a slow heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until creamy.
- Put the oatmeal into the bowls and top with Zespri Green kiwifruit, cut strawberries, crushed pistachios and a teaspoon of honey.
