- 6 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 1 litre orange juice
- Juice of 2 limes
- 3 tbsp. orange blossom honey
- Peel and cube four of the Zespri Green kiwifruit and purée with the orange juice, limejuice and honey.
- Peel the remaining kiwis and cut into cubes.
- Divide the juice into four glasses, add the kiwi chunks and serve as desired with crushed ice and kiwi slices, and garnished with spirals of orange peel.
