INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
2 Zespri Green kiwifruit
30 g chopped walnuts
4 tablespoons chia seeds
5 dL soy milk (or oat milk)
4 teaspoons agave nectar
METHOD
- Grind up the chia seeds into a fine powder. Peel and cut up the bananas and Zespri Green kiwifruit.
- Put all the cut fruit in the blender with the chopped walnuts. Pour in soy milk and blend to smoothie texture. Keep in fridge until ready to serve.
