Smoothie with Zespri™ kiwis, yoghurt and kale

INGREDIENTS
200 g natural yoghurt
2 Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwis
2 Zespri™ Green kiwis
50 g kale
1 piece of raw ginger (1 cm)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (5 g)
1 teaspoon turmeric (5 g)
8 ice cubes
METHOD
- Wash the kale and remove any tough stalks. Peel the ginger. Peel the kiwis and cut them into large pieces.
- Put the kiwis, kale and ginger into a blender together with the turmeric and chia seeds, and blend until smooth.
- Add the yoghurt and ice cubes and blend again until you obtain the desired texture. Serve in glasses.
