Zespri Green kiwifruit avocado sashimi

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Zespri Green kiwifruit, peeled
- 2 avocados, peeled
- 1 orange
- 4 tbsps soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp wasabi
- Japanese herb mix ( shichimi togarashi) optional
METHOD
- Halve the Zespri Green kiwifruits and avocados lengthwise.
- Remove the stone from the avocado and carefully peel.
- Cut the avocados and kiwifruits into thin slices.
- Arrange the kiwifruit and avocado slices on four plates to resemble sashimi
- Squeeze a little orange juice over the avocados and kiwifruits.
- Mix the soy sauce, water and wasabi.
- Season the dishes with Japanese herb mix.
- Serve with the soy dip.
