- 2 Zespri Green kiwifruits, peeled and sliced.
- 4 bagels
- 2 tbsps cream cheese
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced.
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- A handful of washed lamb’s lettuce
- Black pepper
- Slice open the bagels.
- Coat the bagels with cream cheese and season with black pepper.
- Fill with avocado, salmon, Zespri Green kiwifruit and lamb’s lettuce.
- Cover with the tops of the bagels, like hamburgers.
