INGREDIENTS
- 3 Zespri Green kiwifruit
- 3 Zespri SunGold kiwifruit
- 1 mango (300 g of pulp)
- 2 stems of kale (60 g)
- 1 handful cranberries
- 300 ml mineral water
- 5 ice cubes (optional)
METHOD
- Peel and chop the Zespri kiwifruit. Wash and chop the kale. Peel the mango and separate the pulp from the stone. Wash the cranberries.
- Put the water and all the ingredients into a food mixer and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If you like cold smoothies, blend with the ice cubes. Serve.
