2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp cream cheese, we love Paysan Breton
Zest of ½ lemon
1 slice of seeded bread, toasted
1 Zespri™ SunGold™ Kiwi, sliced
Raspberries & blueberries
- In a small bowl, stir together the yoghurt, cream cheese, and lemon zest.
- Spread the yoghurt mixture on the piece of toast and then top with the sliced Zespri™ SunGold™ and berries.
