4 Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwis
1 banana, peeled (80 g)
1 ripe avocado, peeled and stone removed (70 g)
Juice of one lime (30 ml)
400 ml semi-skimmed milk (or non-dairy alternative)
8 ice cubes
40 g toasted, shelled hazelnuts
- Peel the kiwis and place them in a blender glass.
- Roughly chop the banana & avocado, and sprinkle over a little lime juice before adding to the kiwis.
- Add the milk and the hazelnuts and blend until smooth. Add the ice and blend again.
- Serve in 4 glasses.
