6 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit
40 g of watercress
250 g of thick Greek-style yoghurt
- Peel and chop the Zespri kiwifruit. Wash the watercress. Peel and chop the orange.
- Put the kiwifruit, watercress and orange in the blender. Blend.
- Stir in the yoghurt. Spoon into glasses and serve.
