Baked SunGold Kiwifruit Croissant

INGREDIENTS
8 Zespri™ SunGold Kiwifruit
3 large croissants
Sugar
Powdered sugar
METHOD
- Pre-heat oven to 400°F.
- Cut croissants in half lengthwise
- Place the croissants, cut side up, on a non-stick or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Peel and slice the Zespri™ SunGold Kiwifruit. Arrange slices on top of the croissants. Sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the croissants are very crisp, and the fruit softened and slightly browned.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top and serve hot or warm.
