
SunGold Summer Squash Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
3 Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwifruit
1 small yellow summer squash, quartered and frozen
⅓ cup of quick oatmeal
2 tbsp of chia seeds
½ tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk of your choice
METHOD
- Wash and quarter the summer squash. Place in the freezer at least 2 hours or until frozen.
- Use a spoon to scoop out the zespri kiwifruit flesh.
- Add the squash and zespri kiwifruit with the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with zespri kiwifruit slice if desired.
