INGREDIENTS
2 Zespri™ Green Kiwifruit
2 oz vodka
2 oz gin
2 oz Lillet Blanc
METHOD
1. Peel and chop 2 Zespri™ Green Kiwifruit
2. Muddle kiwifruit, vodka, gin, Lillet Blanc and ice in cocktail shaker.
3. Shake all ingredients and strain into two sugar-rimed martini glass.
4. Garnish with unpeeled kiwifruit slice.
For a mocktail, substitute 6 ounces white grape juice and a dash of bitters for alcohol.
