3 Zespri™ Green Kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
18 Fish sticks, cooked according to package directions
3 cups Red cabbage, shredded
1 cup Carrots, shredded
1/4 cup Fat-free ranch dressing
2 tablespoons Lime juice
1/8 teaspoon Ground cayenne pepper
6 Whole-wheat tortillas, 8-inch
- Mix Zespri™ kiwifruit, cabbage and carrots in medium bowl.
- Blend ranch dressing, lime juice and cayenne in small bowl. Pour over Zespri™ kiwifruit mixture; toss lightly until blended. Stuff Zespri™ kiwifruit filling into tortillas; top with 3 fish sticks each.
