2 Zespri SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
1 3/4 cups coconut water or water
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve chilled or over ice.
You can add more water, if desired. And you can easily make 2x, 3x or 4x the recipe for larger batches. Enjoy!
