 
        Zespri SunGold Kiwi Overnight Oats

            Snacks and Starters
        INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp chopped Zespri™ SunGold™ kiwi
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk 
⅓ cup oats
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients in a container.
- Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with LOTS of sliced Zespri™ SunGold Kiwi, some sliced banana, shredded coconut and a drizzle of almond butter!

SUBSTITUTIONS
                Don't have coconut milk?
