⅓ cup oats
2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
1 tsp chia seeds
½ cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
2 tbsp chopped Zespri SunGold kiwi
- Mix all ingredients in a container.
- Shake well and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, top with LOTS of sliced Zespri SunGold Kiwi, some sliced banana, shredded coconut and a drizzle of almond butter!
